Have you ever had a massager that was too hard on your back even when you're just sitting? The value that you get with this massage mat is it mold and fits into your chairs posture! Even when you're not getting a massage the foam is so comfortable to sit on it feels like you're sitting on memory foam. Then when you're ready for a massage it gives you strong but also therapeutic vibrations and pulses that really comforts your back and your shoulders. The heat level is also fantastic because it brings a lot of comfort. I highly recommend this massage mat for those that want to use it as a way to sit comfortably but also receive a massage whenever you need it.

I’ve been using it nearly every evening for a week, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my back. The 10 vibration motors are surprisingly powerful and target just the right spots, which is much better than I expected for a portable mat. The heating function is amazing with two heat settings that just melt away my soreness and warm up my muscles. I appreciate the auto shut-off timer for when I fall asleep on it. The material is soft, foldable, and slim. This is perfect for use on my bed or chair. The noise is surprisingly not loud either.

I have fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease, so I’m in pain a lot. I’ve had one of these before. This one is good however, the heating pad on it doesn’t get as hot as I would like and I wish it had more of a menu for the massaging. But it is a great product. I don’t regret buying it and I will use it until it works no more. The only reason I gave it a four was for the heating pad, cause it doesn’t heat all the way down..

This is a real nice massaging pad. It is nice because you can use it on the floor, bed, chair or office chair and a recliner. I think with a USB adapter you could use it in the car too. Plus it has 5 automatic settings and you can control each area individually as well. Then there is 3 intensity and the heat button. As it is running now it really is a nice massager that is not too rough but, just a great vibration.

Great massager that fits my recliner! Hits all my major pain after a day at work or just running around the house. Also, laid it on the bed for a nice relaxing nap session. Has multiple settings to hit your troubled areas. Been using it almost every morning with my morning coffee.

The timer shutting it off constantly and no way to override is annoying. There needs to be more padding to cover the metal vibrating rounds in it. It has helped me sleep with putting a pad over it to help the vibratory from hurting me. The heat and vibration both have helped me not hurt as much at night for better sleep.

I did not even try this one out, just sent it back because it seemed like it would be too long for my electric lift chair.
