This phone is amazing. Slick, smart, great sound, never ending battery life and the amazing keyboard. I run spotify while I edit word documents and take calls and whatsapp messages all at the same time (If i need to of course!) It is 5 years ahead of the game. Looks and feels solid. Forget the sad haters.

Read a lot of reviews and online demonstrations before ordered this phone. After 3 days of continuous using, the experience is truly amazing ans unforgettable.The passport keyword is just crafted so well that, after you got a hand with it, you will just falling in love at the experience of typing with your phone. In additional to that, the trackpad gestures that were used on the keyboard was a truly productivity boost for all kind of working bases.I switched to the passport from my iPhone 6S. Which the first thing I felt not that comfortable were the leck of apps that I used for more then 4 years. Yes, more then 4 years of iphone and Mac experience, with different reason, I gave up using Mac, joined the Windows 10 and now had a much bigger decision of switching to BlackBerry and saying a complete goodbye to Apple.To concluded, you are here not buying a digital entertainment toy, you are here to buy a true productive hardware that could really boost your workflow, and this is something cannot be replace by a productivity app.

This device is the flagship that was supposed to be a star but was overlooked in every way.first and foremost for an audiophile this device is the one to have, sound clarity is awesome, I wouldn't be surprised if Bose designed the speaker in this device, the only device to offer super high quality audio playback and still be loud, louder and clearer than my iPhone 6 plus.second the build quality on this device is phenomenal, it sports similar laser cut edges to devices such as the ones offered by Tag Heur, at this price point the luxury offered with this device is offered by RIM with no return from the buyer, assuming we place a price a cost on the manufacturer for more expensive raw materials and the molding equipment used to make such devices.The keyboard feels awkward at first but then when you get used to it and your senses become acquainted with the location of the keys you start wondering why are devices with physical keyboards receiving so much negative criticism by journalists and reviewers, its obvious that some people still enjoy the tactile feedback of typing and some have lost touch with that, but never the less there must be room for acceptance for all types of consumer preferences.BB10 has its pros and cons, I wont get into them by now but ill just say that I downloaded all the apps I need to communicate, I have an ipad pro for GPU intensive apps, if you want your device to be a holistic solution for your media needs than dont get this, if you want something that has amazing audio, build quality and a tactile physical keyboard there is none other than this that can offer such a solution.

I bought this because I wanted something that would be secure and helpful to use for my business. The appearance and basic functionality are good, but after a month of using it - it has some annoying faults. I find the swipe to get to home page a real pain - why not a simple home button. It took a long time to set up e-mail accounts and Blackberry Blend but I eventually got them working. It does however drop the WiFi connection at home and sets itself as 'disabled' - again a real pain to have to monitor and re-set.I like the big screen, and as I rarely watch video or play games I am not bothered by its square shape, but I feel they went too far in trying to be different with the operating system - some of the changes are completely unnecessary and do not 'add' to the user experience. Overall pretty good, but it could have been a lot better.

I have had the original Passport and now have had the silver edition for several months. Alongside this, I have also had the iPhone 6S Plus and then the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. They are all great phones in their own way. However, I have sold the iPhone and the S7 Edge and will not be parting with my Blackberry Passport, what a piece of kit. I use it as an organizer and technical information storage device. At present there is nothing better for my needs and the keyboard is the icing on the cake. It is probably the most underated and overlooked mobile device available. The clarity of the speaker phone and reception are second to none.********* Update 10th September 2016Can be purchased direct from Blackberry for £295, delivered in the UK. Amazon are way out of line on this.

I got this to replace another Passport. I bought a redundant phone to replace a broken redundant phone. They're such weird and quirky phones and they're not long for this world but they're still my favourites. Mainly because they work beautifully and they are by miles the best way to do email on the go. Also because they're not Android and they're not iPhone. Sadly no longer true with newer Blackberries.

Amazing!Having purchased the original black version of the passport I just had to get this aesthetically gorgeous beauty! Now don't get me wrong the original passport is still awesome but the sliver one is it's flagship! I've had all the phones out there including the S6 edge and I'm sorry to hurt anyone's feelings but this phone in my opinion destroys the edge. It's a productivity beast, built like a tank yet still oozes a unique Sexuality! The screen is shear bliss and can compete with any screen that's out there and outdoor visibility is excellent even out classing the Note 4 in outdoor viewing in direct sunlight and the note 4 has a top notch screen also. The new improved keyboard is a lot better than the original make it easier to type and track with its built in optical track pad. The OS is butter silk smooth and very fluid also. Pictures so not do this phone justice you need to take this baby in your hand to feel it, caress it!

Strong and durable with a clean metal finish
