A Hilariously Fun Game for our Cruise Adventure!
I brought the Big Potato Don't Get Got (2021 Edition) on this year’s cruise, and it was a fantastic choice! This party game is perfect for both adults and families, and it really brought our group of 11 together. We passed out the cards on the first day, and we ended up playing it throughout the entire cruise! While some of the challenges were a bit tricky to pull off on a cruise, it didn’t take away from the fun at all. In fact, it sparked some hilarious conversations and creative solutions as we navigated the unique environment of the ship. We loved discussing our challenges and how we managed to sneak in some of the missions without being caught! The best part was picking a winner on the last night during dinner. Everyone got involved, and it was a great way to reflect on the fun we had. If you’re looking for a fun, engaging game to play with friends or to break the ice with new acquaintances, I highly recommend Don't Get Got. It made our cruise even more memorable!

Best game ever!! Perfect for roommates!
This is legit the best game ever!! I was a little skeptical as I wasn’t sure if the prompts would be too hard or too easy, but they walk the perfect line between weird and straightforward, unique and familiar. You get 5 cards so you always get a perfect mix of some that requires deception and some that requires creativity, some that are easy and some that are really challenging. Some relies on things like muscle memory, quick actions, and seizing the right opportunity, while others actually require longer, sneakier planning!! I love the variety and there’s enough cards that we won’t get tired of the game for a long time.I also realized that this is the perfect game for roommates, especially busy young people. Even though we all love board games, it can be hard to find time to sit down and do game nights together, or learn new complicated rules. I legit taught my roommates this game in 30 seconds during a break in a phone call, and we can just scatter each with our own secret missions tucked away. Now every day’s a little more exciting!! The game keeps going with minimal efforts, and it brings us together at the most unexpected times. Not only is it hilarious, but it also allows us to bond and keeps the household close, and I love that so much!!

It is fun, but needs some rules
At first I played it with some friends. Everyone started doing their missions and it was fun. But after a couple hours they forgot a little bit about it. Maybe it needs something more at stake like betting some money or punishing players for asking "Is that for a mission?" Every two seconds.

Tons of fun for groups of all ages
Brought this game on a lake trip and EVERYONE had a blast playing it, from the almost-50-year-olds to the just-turned-8-year-old. There's nothing quite like gathering in a cabin in the middle of the woods and then almost immediately having a reason to stop trusting everyone. Even after we finished playing, the next couple of days were filled with people yelling, "You would just gotten got if we were still playing!" Highly recommended if you're looking for a fun every-person-for-themself game to play with a group.

Great fun!
We had tons of fun playing this game with our friends this weekend! We had already planned a bbq for a friend’s birthday and decided to add Don’t Get Got to the mix. It was so perfect since it didn’t require everyone to be sitting around a table the whole time. And it works really well to have a whole afternoon to play the game, especially since most players are (rightly) suspicious of each other at first. We had some of the biggest laughs towards the end of the day when people started letting their guard down (and had maybe had a few drinks!). The missions are really creative and varied, and there are enough that by the time we’ve cycled through the packs we’ll be able to repeat them. Don’t Get Got was a brilliant addition to the party, but I could also see it being great fun to play during a day out or during a trip. Thoroughly recommend!

A fun challenge for friends, family or work
I have had a blast playing Don't Get Got with my friends. You don't play by sitting around a table but by adding little extra touches to your behavior while hanging out. Swaying them in order to complete my missions while staying vigilant to their attempts to influence me is such a fun and clever game dynamic. There is nothing too wacky or out of place about the missions that made them feel forced and the game challenges you to think creatively in order to convince other people to follow your lead while also remaining aware of precisely when you are falling into someone else's trap.I have already adapted a few of the game's contents in order to play in the office with my work friends and I am considering bringing this home to for the holidays to see if we can get some more exciting interactions with family members I don't see often.

Game was over several days which is difficult.
Liked the directives. Didn’t like that it could be done over a long period of time (several days). Was hard to collect the player sheets because the person was going elsewhere to continue visiting during the Christmas season.

Such a fun party game!
If you are often in large group social settings, I highly recommend this game. It's not your typical sit-down and play type of game...it is a slow burn game that you can play throughout the entire day/night. You pick your cards and try to complete them without getting caught. Example: "Get someone to tell you they love you". We've played it at parties as well as family gatherings. It encourages conversation but also tons of laughs.
