What is the PSI setting for this item?

What is the ACTUAL PSI on it? My truck can not run on less than 55psi, which most of these amazon FPR only do 50 PSI, 3.5bar? It really sucks as most people don't know the pressures and end up replacing fuel pumps and many wasted hours.

Why cant this be shipped to California?

So I can buy it at the dealer, buy it at a local shop, buy it at other mail order houses ... but I can't buy it on Amazon due to emissions laws? Very weird.

will this work for the flex fuel vehicle?

Yes it works on flex fuel engines, I have the flex fuel and it works perfectly on my truck.
