Good, sturdy pan
Brought this to make a mile high pound cake. It is very sturdy and worth the money. Depending on your over, you make want to lower the temp a few degrees so whatever you’re baking doesn’t get dark. My cake slid out with ease and I will definitely bake in this pan a lot going forward

Amazing pan!
The media could not be loaded. I was having issues when baking pound cake in my wilton bunt pan where the cake would rise above the pan causing it to separate when settling. This large 18 cup cake pan saved me! Now my cake has plenty room. The ease that the cake releases from the pan is also amazing. Its also made of a more sturdy material almost feels like cast iron and even makes the cake taste better. I am so impressed that i will be buying another for multiple cakes

Great cake pan!
I already have a Nordic Ware Bundt pan, which I love. I bought this as I wanted to make cakes in a tube pan. I've used it and I love it. I made a Louisiana Crunch Cake and it released out from the pan easily with no sticking at all. I did use a non-stick baking spay before putting in the batter. I was worried about sticking, because the cake has crushed pecans, brown sugar and coconut flakes. But I was pleasantly surprised ... the cake came out so good; good color and shape; baked very evenly. The pan has a good weight to it, but still light enough to handle. It seems very well made and durable.

I Hit The Jackpot!!!!
Where has this pan been all my life and I have been baking for years! I was tired of my cakes loosing crust while trying to get it out the pan and having to literally piece the crust back into the spots like a puzzle. Luckily you couldn’t tell it when I was finished. Anyway, I finally decided to look on Amazon and hunt for a new cake pan. I came across this one, read some reviews and decided to try it. So glad I did, I made a pound cake after cooling 15 minutes I flipped it over onto the cake plate to finish cooling and soon as I turned it the cake fell right out didn’t loose crust, it came out thick, moist, didn’t stick, didn’t flow over the top, was even all the way around and cooked evenly. I bought this at the right time to start my holiday cake orders, so happy with this purchase and will be buying another!!💕
