Can this be used for a vertical picture as well as horizontal?

Under “tips” it says you can set the frame on either side but they don’t recommend hanging it so that you can shake it to see the glitter. I gave it as a gift so I can’t double check this “tip” but I think you’re good for horizontal or vertical!
