My husband and I travel from the USA to Asia all the time. We used to carry a regular travel pillow, but it was bulky. My husband tried this out abd really likes it, so I got one. I'm glad for it! There were only larges left. Being a woman with a small neck and head, I wonder if medium would have suited me better. But I really like mine and won't go back. It's not flimsy or uncomfortable like blow up pillows from 30 years ago. It blows up and stays put. The material is soft. I can use it with my Bose overhead headphones. A suggestion for users, if you blow it up all the way, I found it's not that comfortable. I blow it up half way, and that works fine.

I cannot stress this enough… If you’re a frequent flyer and then this is a must have… No more uncomfortable head bobble doing your flights… This will keep everything firm upright and allow you to drift off into a beautiful sleep

I purchased this pillow for a looooooong trip to Africa, and it was great! I was able to get some much needed sleep on the airplane, despite having the most narrow seats I've ever seen on a plane. It's very easy to inflate/deflate/and put away. Very compact. The only thing I found confusing, was how to position the pillow once it was around my neck. Once I figured it out, it was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Designed by German engineers, this pillow has been ergonomically thought out. Your head doesn't get pushed forward and the sides keep you very comfortable, with a cord to cynch it into place. Indeed, you can wash the outer cover too! Don't let the fact you have to inflate it cause you concern. It is easy -- three full breaths at most -- and the valve, unless pushed to deflate it, keeps the air from escaping until full. The fact you don't have to wear around your neck or carry through the airport a heavy and bulky pillow when you can have this compact pillow to inflate when needed and deflate to store compactly in your luggage when done using it places this in the 10-star category.

It is nice it compacts down. I wish I could have liked it. However, it has no air compartments to separate the areas internally. What happens, is leaning back, the air pressure is sent forward, so the sides of my neck felt like I was being gently strangled with it pressing against the neck arteries. I tried different methods as the manual showed, and air pressures with no change. It was like having a soft claw on my neck sidesIf they make a revision, they should look into again separate air compartments, so all that all the air isn't pushed to one area when pressure is applied to another.

Honestly this thing is impressive. German-made, super soft, inflated and deflates easily, and can be worn different ways for different sleepers. I haven’t washed the cover yet, but my only slight complaint is the zipper for the cover is a little sticky.

This looks like a great product. An inflatable head and neck rest for flying that is designed for different positions. It inflates and deflates easily with a well designed air valve and has a cowl to cover your head for sleeping. I really wanted to like this product, but it is bulky and cumbersome and did not ever hug my neck properly for support. What’s more, when I did finally get comfortable it was so bulky that it knocked out my EarPods. Back to the drawing board.. I would buy the next version if they can get the design better.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for flight to Germany, and it worked wonderfully! I love how it is compact-able, and fits in the little drawstring bag. I tied the bag to the strap of my carry on backpack, so it didn't take up space in my backpack, and it stayed clean in the little bag.I love the blow up idea, because you can blow in or let out more air, depending if you want a soft or firm pillow. It's also very easy to both blow up, and decompress. You can wear it multiple ways depending where you put the bar in the middle (I even tried using it on the tray table in front of me). The drawstrings on the pillow itself are very handy to adjust the pillow to your neck for a perfect fit, and to keep it from slipping around. 100% recommend for everyone!
