I am diabetic I don't necessarily have diabetic eyes .but the medications I just take in general seem to dry me out and I also live in South Florida which has high moisture . I did not wear glasses or contacts but I go to water aerobics like almost every day to LA fitness so I'm in chlorine pool like all the time and now the chlorine effects me but every once in a while the afternoon the glare if I'm out driving or just in general sometimes you walk in somewhere and there's dust in the air and it helps to I like the gel my husband does not I think it's very smoothing I won't go back to anything else

This was recommended by my surgeon for nights after LASIK. After a year I still use it when I travel in airplanes and at night in dry environments. It's comfortable, easy to apply and lasts for a couple months.

Just use it for the second day, so cannot comment on the eye drops yet in comparison with the Systane one. Also ordered the Rohto dry eye drop. Will leave review ASA I tried them. The supplement taste alite. Will also leave review after some time of samping them.

I bought these because the larger, thinner version of this product practically shoots out when you squeeze it. I can control the drops now, but now it burns my eyes like typical eye drops. Waste of money.
