Number 1, immediately softens the lips and help peel easily the skin that had dried on the lip. Unfortunately they don't let you order more than 2 pieces

Not happy with the delivery experience
Everything is okay with the product. But the delivery charged me one rupee extra for the product. He took from me RS 325/- where as the billed amt was Rs 324/-

Good moisturization
Nivea is actually a good brand. This is my go to lip balm. Fragrance free is preferred . Gives good moisturization, keeps the lip plumpy and moistured for a long time
