I feel like they're high quality vitamins and iron. I noticed a difference after taking the iron for awhile especially since im seriously anemic. Doesn't make me constipated or my stomach hurt after taking like other iron supplements

Great iron supplement. I have never had any digestive issues with this supplement. It brought my iron levels from below normal to slightly high in about 3 months. I dropped from once per day to 2-3 times per week on the advice of my doctor and it keeps my iron levels normal.

Good product. Not sure if I have more energy, I will give it time to see if my energy levels rise…but the vitamins seem good.

This product contains milk whey. If you are sensitive to milk products, I would not recommend this product. I’m lactose intolerant, I didn’t think much of the ingredients since I have had other product that contain milk whey and had no issues. I took these for 5 days (both on an empty stomach and with a meal), at first I didn’t have any stomach issues but as the days progressed eating was near impossible. It felt like having rocks in my stomach every-time I ate. I also started losing my appetite. Once I stopped taking them, I slowly went back to normal.

This is the only iron supplement that doesn’t hurt my tummy. When I try to donate blood, I am always a bit low, so I take this for about 10 days and then I am good to donate! Finding it very helpful so that I am now taking almost daily.
