Much better than the standard float valve
I've had the Float Tec EZ on our pool's water supply for several years now, and it is still working great. It's much more durable and easier to adjust than the more commonly used valve.

Replaced the original that finally failed after 23 years.This was easy to install and is so much nicer than the original I had.Love the adjustment feature thats a game changer.Highly recommend and great customer service!

High Quality Float
Replaced a 25 year old float that was leaking. This float is high quality and much easier to adjust than the old one.

Looks good but After 1 year can't get to work and leaks
As some other reviewers have noted, this valve has several problems. The rod doesn't come straight up all the time and thus either does or more often doesn't shut off the water flow. I have tried now for over 1 year to adjust this to make it work--I gave up for a long time and have been trying again recently.The valve sometimes looks like it is not running, but you can still feel a stream of water underneath it coming out. Thought I was spending more to get a great quality valve, but instead this thing has cost me a lot of money by not being able to control the water flow and then getting big water bills.

So much easier than other models
I tried to adjust the water level with the one that was just installed with my pool. A nightmare, to loosen a bolt, trying to set it right, hoping it wouldn't overflow the pool. Very annoying. This one is easy to install (I used some teflon tape as well), and water level adjustment is so easy! First I thought it was leaking a bit, since I heard a bit of a buzz inside the autofill compartment, but it might just have been my imagination since it is not leaking for sure (the pool water level stays constant after a few weeks of use).

Excellent valve, worth the extra $
I have been having terrible luck with the $15 leveler valves from Leslie's Pool Supply. They either don't shut off after a month or so, or the don't even right after installation. This valve is extremely well made (In USA!) and the design with the easy level adjustment is just awesome. I have about 75PSI water pressure and this thing has been doing great since I put it in. I love this thing and will never go back to the crappy made in China ones I had been using. Buy this valve, you won't regret it!
