Stevia is good for you and your coffee
I like stevia. I hardly notice the difference now in my coffee between this and real sugar. In fact I feel like I need much less stevia than sugar in my coffee. My goal is to drink black coffee on the reg but its just not happening yet. I love coffee too much with my splash of creamer and a stevia. Its the happiest part of my day. Unless I get coffee on the outside at like Starbucks but never dunkin'. That taste like acid and is overrated. 7/11 has better coffee and donuts then Dunkin and Starbucks is the best of the 3. I'm right. Anyways, this stevia in the raw is good and I heard its healthier than the others.

Great value for your hard earned money.
Stevia in the Raw is so far my favorite sugar-free sweetener. It tastes most like sugar with no aftertaste. The research I've read seems to believe that Stevia is the safest sweetener on the market. It dissolves well in my iced or hot tea and coffee. Each packet is equivalent to a teaspoon of sugar. I have not ever used Stevia in the Raw in baked goods. This Amazon price of 200 packets for just over $11 is the best price I have found.

Stevia in the raw is a fine, white powder with a sweet flavor
I recently bought Stevia in the raw sweetener, and here is what I think. The sweetener is vibrant white with a fine, consistent texture. I used this sweetener to make a small individual cake. The sweetener has a sweet taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Compared to other sweeteners, it worked wonderfully in baking, smoothies, and drinks. The price is reasonable for the quantity. I value its flexibility and nutritional benefits, making it a primary sweetener in my kitchen. I recommend using it in moderation due to the dextrose used to add volume and texture and to make it easier to use in food and drinks, but it can cause blood sugar levels to rise. I use it with honey and maple sugar because it removes the strong aftertaste. Overall, I recommend it; use it in moderation.

Good option to sugar
Wanted to try something different from sweet and low. It’s not as sweet but cuts the bitterness of coffee without the sugary sweeteners

2nd time around
I tried Stevia years ago but it was a different brand that left an "off" taste so I returned to my little yellow packets of not-as-healthy-for-you "stuff". More reading up in my nutrition newsletter over the years made me make a conscious decision to change to something healthier & I really needed to make the switch. This is a good-sized bag & the Stevia in the Raw makes me feel better with what I'm ingesting. At almost 72, it's still never too late to try to improve something in your life or that goes in your body. As I said, GOOD-sized bag & good $$. And, good choice.

The Real Thing
As one would expect, since stevia came on the market, the options have multiplied. Based on additional research Stevia the Raw is pure stevia without the additional sweetening ingredients that have been identified with adverse reactions. Thankfully, a packet of Stevia in the Raw sweetens a large cup of coffee without the need for a second. Lastly there is no aftertaste which one finds in various artificial sweeteners.
