Wished I known about years ago.
Wow, why did I not know about these years ago. Great for making cakes or anything in a loaf tin, tho like cupcake holders not designed to remove until you're cutting. Even used for meat loaf, keeps shape in tin well, tho do get a bit soggy with juices - so I remove right away once out of the oven.
