Pack 10 Retevis RT27 Walkie Talkie UHF Transceivers arrived in a few days as scheduled.Unpacked assembled rear clip and lanyard and placed on 10 Way Anker 60W charger (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00YSA0WI8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) also from Amazon.Gave one to my wife in Lounge and I took another for a walk down the street getting a clear signal up 0.8 miles away.Very impressed with the quality and feel of the radios.Am still trying to understand how to get the VOX Working, and having alsoassembled and attached the impressive curly headset assembly (just like the movies)into the side access I am still unable to get the headset to work.Most probably due to not understanding the 'Chinglish' Instructions, which have had me baffled for an hour so far!So just 4 stars until I solve the problem!So Please help me with a clear step-by-step guidance / instructions for the VOX and Headset when I will add the extra star for 5 stars.Anyway, so far VERY pleased with the products.RegardsDavidSept 2021Battery holds charge for over a year.Greatbuy.

These are very handy and durable. I used them to command my team of 10 for events of more than 300 ppl in concrete buildings. It worked even through 4 separate floors (we didn't have a need for more), so everyone was quite happy.I've used it for a year without a problem so far, and thus decided to share the experience here.Their price is really highly competitive.

Purchased for a training event where 2 way communication was key. Mobile phone coverage was poor in the area so UHF VHF radios were thought to be a good idea. Unfortunately the range was at most 50m, As soon as you lost line of sight they became pretty useless.

I bought these for my production company.They are simply great. Compared to the kenwood radios I’ve had in the past, the build quality may be a little lower, but the fact you can get all the accessories and spare batteries you need they are absolutely superb.

These walkie-talkies are catching other unknown users voices that mean our voices would be going to others 😂 although other than that no issues

Radios work fine, sound is clear enough, they just don’t reach as far as I’d of hoped.Customer service is unmatched. Genuinely never expected the level of service I’ve received. Very well done.
