Where am I going wrong? My tea doesn’t have any flavour !? I have followed instructions- any tips

Some teas (like typhoo) are more tannic than Campbell's but don't confuse this with flavour. I have a 1.4 litre teapot. I put 3 slightly rounded teaspoons of tea in my infuser, warm the pot with hot water from the tap, them tip this away, place the infuser in the pot and pour on freshly boiling water. Leave to brew for 5 mins (or whatever suits your taste), then remove the infuser. Result, a pot of beautiful, copper coloured, flavourful tea.
