I like that this thing is folded fairly flat. For everyday carry. I keep that in a small trauma bag. And I hope to never have to use it. But if it's there, I prefer that it stays flat.

Used this to resupply a second IFAK.

Fits in my ifak a lot better than a standard Israeli.

I live in Manhattan & always have a backpack on me. This was just an add-on. Aready have a TQ & Z-pack gauze, gloves, etc, etc...so many stabbings & shooting on the subways & streets I'd rather be prepared..you'll bleed out before the NYPD or EMT shows up just from traffic alone. - Take a "stop the bleed" course..it's worth it for yourself & anyone you care about...or even a stranger.

North American Rescue has great products. This is a must have for any IFAK kit. While I haven't had to apply one of these in real life, I got a chance to see it in action in a simulated environment. It's well made and lived up to the hype that my field medic friends spoke about.

Very well packaged. Promlt and easy transaction. Fortunately it is still in the wrapper. It is first aid equipment,after all, and I hope it never gets used.

Bought this to replace an Israeli bandage in my IFAK to help cut down on bulk. It's basically the same size. I'm more confident in the quality of an NAR bandage, so I'm keeping it, but be warned, it's still pretty bulky.
