I just started using it..likes the tingling feel..but no sweat during workout..slight difference in my abdomen region...packaging was not good..seal was opened..giving 1star for the packaging..5 stars for cream..

It has a strong "menthol" smell to it. I personally love that smell and smelling it when I move around reminds me I have the cream on. It does work pretty good. On my first purchase and using it a few times, probably no more than a week in, I saw physical changes. The first change was little divets where cellulite had "melted" away. I used it mainly on my belly. I didn't change my diet or exercise at all. After 2 weeks of continuous use, just putting it on after the shower or before bed, I saw a really good defintion in the shrinkage spots and overall. Once everything started getting some good change there weren't "divets" like that so don't worry about that, I think that's just the easiest spots it was able to target at first and nothing anybody else would notice just me because I was paying attention. It feels like icy hot. If I really slathered it on, even bundled up in leggings AND sweats, it would feel freezing and I would bundle up in blankets lol but the more I sat with it then it would go to hot and that was fine. Either way it was fine, just made me feel like it was working and I knew it was because I was seeing regular progress. It's good for sensitive skin because I also used it on the inside of my thighs where chub rub happens and didn't realize the cream was going to obviously come in contact with my lady parts since I don't use cellophane wrap or anything when doing this. Icy hot on your lady bits makes you feel like you have to pee so just a precaution if youre going to put the cream on your upper legs LOL. Unless I have a specific reason to wash it off, I'll leave it until I shower next. Never had any issues with my skin and the cream doesn't feel gross or anything. The cream is a really nice peach color in the bottle but rubs on clear when applied. Really good stuff! Definitely would recommend. But I do stay away from my birds because of the strong smell during the first couple hours of application. My dogs don't care. I am very happy with this product!
