Hmmmm! Tasty!
Love this! Tasty and also so very quick to prepare. Value for money and it makes a nice change for pasta. The Brown Rice version is also the healthier option

Great noodles
I bought this to eat a bit more healthily and it fits that bill. What's helpful is it is also delicious and easy to cook. It cooks quickly and can be used in various ways - I have used in soups, with stir fry and as part of a ramen noodle type dish.If I have a gripe it's that the bags are a little hard to open and are not resealable (each bag contains two 'blocks' of noodles and I often only use one). Also, the minimum pack size from Amazon is large so you need to have good space for storage.

Won't try again
Tried it. Didn't like it. Too mushy.

YUMMY
I am so glad I discovered this product. So easy to make and so tasty.Even my fussy kids love this.It says on the packet to boil it but I've discovered it's much better to put in a stir fry,add a little water and then steam it with the vegetables/meat or whatever for some minuted till it's as soft as you want it.Also it's quite long so you can break it up into smaller pieces. It comes out too soggy when boiled.LOVE IT.

Excellent
Just ordered these as I could no longer find them in my local Morrison's supermarket. This was a great buy, arrived quickly at a good price. I'm thrilled with these noodles - a bit healther than the plan rice vermicelli.

Go to meal for adhd and chronic fatigue days
I was inspired by a recipe from the book "Bento". I have fatigue problems plus I'm coeliac. I use these on the go or when too tired to cook.I put them in a heat safe ikea glass tub. I add a sachet of itsu miso, some veg like broccoli or shredded cabbage and cover with boiling water for 5 mins. I then top with seeds for protein and some white mausu peanut rayu. It honestly is my go to meal when I'm unwell. The fact that they are brown rice is much better for my energy levels than white rice noodles. It's still processed but it's better than eating junk or expensive prepared meals. My kid loves them too if she's not wanting what I've made or if I'm exhausted. Ideal adhd food as you can make a relatively healthy meal that's lower GI than standard instant noodles. I do feel the need to add flavour with a sauce. We also keep a jar of homemade pickled veg in the fridge and that goes great. I used to use itsu noodle pots but felt a bit wiped after them, and they're expensive. These work great for me.

Delicious
Love the taste. Quick and easy to make. As other readers have suggested, I don't pre-soak it first, just a quick rinse, and then I add a bit of water to steam while stir-frying. Takes under 10 min to prepare, delicious on its own or with some veggies.
