Looks beautiful, but did not hold up as well as I hoped
My friend who remodels to sell houses suggested this product. It does look nice and is easy to install. However, with somewhere and tear, I needed to put it down another coat in a short amount of time. I did have three coats. If you have a high traffic area, I would consider a different product. If you’re selling go for it.

Some of the best and overall floor finish I've used and I've been painting for 60 years.
Goes on smooth and leaves a good durable finish, worked so well on floors I used it on wood doors, molding, wood furniture, and other wood projects. To me it seems to be superior to the standard over the counter clear finishes, it sprays well too.
