Balanced body can’t return a phone call, or an email after 20 business days..that’s a month for everyone else. Their website is 6-8 weeks ship time. I took a chance on getting props and handles: guess what? Got them in 3 DAYS. Annd here’s the kicker: fromBalanced Body not a third party amazon scam.SoMy question to Balanced Body as a veteran Pilates Instructor is: WTF?

Nylon Handles
My office is a busy place, and the cable column is working every hour 5 days/wk. These Nylon Handles started fraying and falling a part after 3 weeks of use.you get what you pay for.
