The JB-828 brass latch is mortised into the lid and front of a box or case up to the edge of the cove molding. The spring-loaded pivoting bar releases the latch when the button is pressed. It measures 2" x 3/4" x 3/8". Routing template TJ-828 and installation instructions are available.
