They could use an XL or XXL. Update
Update2: Took some time to get used to this as original comments show. Still a bit difficult to get on but comfortable when on. Can't use it over a bulkier layer like a sweatshirt. I withdraw my comments on marketing gimmick. Could be larger but impressed with the simplicity and effectiveness of the product. Bought more for friends. Update: This is a fine quality product at a good price. It just didn't fit properly. If it were available in a larger size I would not hesitate to buy it. Seller gets five stars for courteous service and prompt refund. This is a fine product but I believe this is a case of false marketing. The large is supposed to work for 41 to 60 inch chest circumference. The video showed a guy my size putting it on with ease. This was not my experience. I figured it out somewhat after getting no help from the directions. First set the loops as large as they can go. Then get it on behind your back with arms straight down. Bend your elbows and it will come up to elbow level. Then do the best you can to shimmy it up to your shoulders. Then grab the front straps and rotate the entire thing upwards so you can grab the Velcro tabs. Push your shoulders back and reset the Velcro tabs as desired. The package was labeled 41 to 60 but I believe it is a medium. I asked the seller for some measurements to confirm that it was a large or not but I got no response (they did respond and updated product description). The only reason I purchased this product was because it came in a large size. I think this was a marketing gimmick and like many other sellers they don't even carry a large. If you need a XL or XXL do not buy this product. My chest size is 44 inches and it is nearly impossible to use.

Works, but hurts...
I wanted to love this product. I have a desk job, and my posture is pretty bad, so I deal with a lot of back and shoulder pain, daily. I wore this to work yesterday, and while it did what it was supposed to for my posture, it was highly uncomfortable. Initially I tried it under my shirt, but I didn't like the way it felt, so I put it on over my shirt. I move my arms a lot when working, so any time I needed to reach forward (which was constantly) I felt pressure from the brace. Today, the area around both armpits feels bruised. Reaching forward hurts, as if I'm still wearing the thing. So yes, it's good for posture, it also did relieve my back/shoulder pain... But I basically just traded that for a different pain. Can't say that it was worth it, for me. Perhaps if I were wearing it to sit or walk around it would be fine, but not for work... Which is where I feel like I need it most.

Works but a bit uncomfortable
I bought this a few months ago after hurting my back and deciding I should do something about my posture. Well I never could figure out how to get it together at the time because of the bad directions. I hurt my back again recently and pulled this out of the drawer and was able to get it on. I was a bit confused by some extra straps that had come with it, but they had no velcro. I suppose someone was lazy in the assembly process and it wasnt caught by Quality. Anyway, Ive only been using it for a few hours and have already noticed relief for my lower back pain and I do seem to be breathing easier. I dont think I will wear this to work however, I am sure others may think I am wearing a man bra as it is still very noticeable if you are wearing it under thing clothes.

Great posture support for average size. Sturdy, comfortable and affordable.
This is exactly as it looks in listing. It slips on like a backpack. It does apply gentle pressure to encourage you to use better posture. I would highly recommend that you use it sparingly the first few days it can actually cause soreness if you wear it too long in the beginning. But this is a great non invasive/natural tool to try. I haven’t worn it under clothes but I think it would be good. However it only comes in black so that could be an issue for lighter clothes and you would see it under fitted clothing. The straps are wide and padded so decent comfort. Definitely seems well constructed. If you are big it will not fit. The chest measurements are accurate. For reference my husband is 6’1 and 255 he normally wears a xl-2xl or a 44-46 shirt. This did not fit him at all. Overall a really affordable non invasive posture support assist.

Awful, painful & useless!
This was horrid! I’m a larger gal (2x tank tops) & put this on. To start- I have good posture already, but I was looking to improve in forgotten moments (using a laptop/cooking/reading etc). It didn’t pull my shoulders back into good posture- all it did was cut into my pits/arms so hard it was like a torture backpack device. My hands literally started going numb in seconds. So I loosened it a tad- it then rode loose and didn’t even attempt to work. My sister was helping me adjust it and she agreed it was useless. She then tried it on- she wears a size 2/4 and doesn’t have a posture issue either. I helped her adjust the straps until it pulled her posture correct- the second it was “correct” she started yelling that it was digging hard into her pits and making her hands tingle/go numb so off it went. Then my hubby tried it on. He’s a thin/fit guy who wears a M or L shirt and has good posture. He’s an engineer and was convinced we were doing it wrong so he read all the instructions and checked every buckle/strap adjustment. We then helped him into it and he also agreed- it was worthless at helping his posture unless it was “digging into his armpits like a backpack from hell” and even then it didn’t pull or support his posture any more than he already does & his hands also started to tingle/go numb. I NEVER send stuff back but I packaged it up the same day & sent it in for a refund. It was useless, painful and considering we tried it on 3 totally different body sizes and we all had the same issues, I blame the product.

Very helpful for relieving pain
After just 20-30 minutes or so of wear, the neck pain I've been struggling with started to go away! I spend a ton on time on the computer, and so I slouch terribly. I started to get a bump on the back of my neck from hunching over so often and I really wanted to take care of it ASAP. At this price, I figured why not try it out? I'm very happy with my purchase. It doesn't feel cheap and seems very well made. It comes with extra straps as well if you need to make it larger. My only advice is that the first time you put in on look in a mirror or have someone else look at you to make sure you don't over-tighten it. I was pretty uncomfortable the first time I put it on and I assumed it was just because of my posture - turns out I had way overtightened it. Minutes after I Ioosened it, I forgot it was on.

Size Large does not fit nearly the range it says, but the item has potential.
I purchased this for my husband as many similar products are "one size" only. The large says it fits 41-60 inches. My husband's chest measured 44, maybe 45 inches. We should have been fine. There was no way. Short of buying two more straps, extra velcro, and sewing it onto the ends, this wouldn't fit. I checked the package and it was labeled as the right size. We watched a few videos, re-read the instructions. Nope. I measured my husband again, to see if I'd measured wrong. Nope. He has slightly larger shoulders but not so large that this should have caused a problem. I have a 34 inch chest and while this was a loose until I snugged it in, it fit me? But I'm smaller than the advertised size range. Sizing discrepancy aside, I give it two starts because the materials don't seen like junk. The velcro isn't the type that will shred clothing. I can also see the benefit IF it were to fit right.

Wheewewwwww
The first day I wore this product, it caused my upper back to have a weird feeling but it is due to your back straighten out. I don't have a big upper body, and the straps were fine to tighten. It helps pull your arms/shoulders back so your upper body doesn't slouch. If you sit down in your chair with bad posture around middle spine, this won't help much. However, it keeps you conscience about your posture and you'll be more aware to sit straight up. Overall, for the cost of this product, I think it works nicely to help you fix your posture. It still takes effort, don't think this will magically cure you of having a bad posture. Even when I take off the back posture corrector from wearing it for 1/2 the day, my body and mind tries to fix my posture while I walk around the house.
