What is the difference between the yellow, red and white container? I know the wbite has white pepper.

The Yellow can if the traditional flavor, the Red can is the HOT flavor and the White can is the White Pepper flavor.

I love the heat but my wife does not. I mix SYM sparingly with Panko bread crumbs and bake my chicken in the oven for 45-60 min at 350. I cook a wild rice medly and have with baked Asparagus (cut off ends, put in a bowl add olive oil and fresh garlic. spread out on a baking dish and lightly cover with bread crumbs). bake for 15 min at 350. I top it all off with a hot salsa from Trader Joe's, hot as in spicy not heated(served cold).

Amazing stuff!

Got this years ago as a Christmas stocking stuffer ... kind of a gag gift. Turns out it's the most amazing seasoning!! Contains just the right blend of saltiness and heat for the average person. I use it frequently on chicken and beef. Rarely do I see it at the supermarket, so glad Amazon offers it.
