No. There is no product that can perform such miracles. The best way to minimise fine lines is to keep the face out of the sun.

It's fine and yes there are plenty of exfoliating particles in there

Q: Is this a replacement for soap or shower gel on the face? Or should we still use that after using this Bulldog scrub?

It is to be used as you would a bar of soap. I should mention that I was disappointed with the effectiveness of the exfoliation. The best thing I’ve found is actually coffee grounds but can be a bit messy.
