This crock works great! It makes me feel more comfortable leaving butter out on the counter. I like having soft butter available anytime I need it.Holds 1 stick of butter. I change my water more often than every 3 days, just so I don’t have to try to remember which days I need to change it.I plan on purchasing for gifts for family members.

Smaller than I thought, as you can see from the picture. No fill line. A fill line would have been helpful so you don't need to drag out a measuring cup every three days. Took a while to get here - ordered May 5 and did not arrive until May 22.

This is just what I expected. I’ve had a butter bell on my kitchen counter for years but it broke so needed a replacement. Perfect.
