Amazing product! I've been trying to go as "green" as possible, but hesitated with these as i was concerned about staining, hygiene, quality etc. which seemed to be unfounded however.You get more than enough rounds; they last me 2/3 weeks as I only use them for toning. The times they picked up leftover dirt & makeup, the stains washed out easily and they looked as good as new after. I can't attest to this being the case if they were constantly used for heavy duty makeup removal however as I double cleanse, so please do keep that in mind.The material is heavenly to touch. There were a few loose strings and snags on arrival, but it doesn't appear to be indicative of poor quality. The standard everyday rounds are almost fleece-like, while the exfoliator pads are like a soft towel. This does impact the absorbency a bit and you might find yourself using more product than you mean to, as the liquid "sits" on top and take a few seconds to soak in. Majority of this is resolved after the first wash though.They come in a recycable carton with a cute little laundry bag, which you can also put in the washing machine. I personally prefer letting them soak in some warm water, facial wash & tea tree oil before rinsing - and like I've mentioned before, there has been no staining, and no bacterial breakouts.The texture of the exfoliator pads also make it great to run under some hot water and wipe away masks/cleansers, or even use as a face flannel. As a little warning however, I should mention they tend to "stretch" out after the first use from the inside out (like normal cotton pads). I would still definitely recommend this regardless and have no regrets.

These came in recycled packaging and are very nice to use. The pads are soft on your skin and don't absorb all the product which you are applying, so you use less product (my cleanser is lasting much longer!). The pads rinse out well before storing in the wash bag ready to go in a normal cool wash cycle with my other laundry. A great choice of reusable cotton pads.

It would be great if you could buy just the velour pads (or just the terry cloth ones if you prefer) rather than having to buy the selection pack. (I know there are other brands making similar products, but I wanted to get these as they are a better known company and there were more comprehensive reviews available.) My skin can be very sensitive - I can't use those muslin cloths that you get with some cleansers as they are too rough and scratchy. However, these pads are very soft and have caused me no issues at all. As I only use these for toner there are more than enough here to last the week. They can just go into the regular clothes laundry once a week. They wash well: I make sure to tie two knots in the drawstring on the bag; no problems with pads falling out into the washing machine. They dry pretty quickly just hanging up in the airing cupboard, still in the bag. Can't comment on how good they are for makeup removal as I don't use any these days. However, I can say that I haven't had to use more product with these than I used to with disposable cotton pads. All in all the quality seems fine. Again, it would be good if you could make your own selection of type and quantity and number of bags, especially as the whole idea is to reduce waste.

My daughter recommend these to me. For 45 years I have always had the same routine with makeup removal.Two cotton wool balls every night, one to remove and one to clean. I worked out I had used approximately32850.00 balls......that was quite shockingThis product is packaged and looks like something you would be treated to at a high class health farm. The pads are so silky, soft and beautifully made. They arrived neatly packaged with two washable bags to put them in for the washing machine. I have only used 2 so far and find that washing out with soap after use is sufficient to be able to reuse so far.The fact these will last me the rest of my life and no more cotton wool balls makes me feel I am do a tiny part in helping the fight against pollution of our plant.Every woman should have these and feel as glamorous removing their makeup as they do wearing it.

These are value for money. Easy to use and wash up really soft . Would recommend

Good product but unfortunately missing the cotton mesh bag.

These reusable pads have exceeeded my expectations. I bought them because I thought it was time to try and reduce my contribution to landfill but have to admit that I kept a pack of disposable pads just in case the reusable ones weren't up to the job. I have found them to be gentle on my skin but effective at cleaning and getting make up off. I haven't used them to remove nail varnish though. The bags provided are handy. One each for storing clean and dirty pads. When washing, I put the dirty pads into a nylon laundry bag to wash them; they have been washed 3 times now and they have kept their shape and maintained their effectiveness.

arrived neatly boxed in a cardboard box with two separate washing nets, these have been a staple in my skincare and makeup routine and are not harsh on the face. I mainly use the softer ones everyday, but when I need a good exfoliation, especially on problem areas like my elbows, the textured pads come in handy and are not too abrasive where they would damage the skin. Have had no issue with the pads staining or coming apart due to use or washing. My best 2021 purchase so far, would recommend!
