Never had a case break like this.
I didn't find this product very sturdy. The kickstand was the first thing to go. It was within 2 weeks after I received the case.I admit that I didn't contact customer service. But when it took a mild drop, the case cracked as seen in the picture and the whole corner chipped right off. And, nope, it didn't protect my phone, because the screen cracked, even with the screen protector. I've actually never had any case break like this.

The case is cheep in cost and drability.
My husband and I ordered phone coveres from the company. My husbands cover within a month cracked in the center and the edges broke off. He did not drop it. They looked like a stress fracture. Now mine is cracking in the back and in the corner. In a very strange spot.

Case cracked after 32 days
That case is simple, nice looking, and functional. However, after 32 days, a crack appears at the back. Return period has passed. Very disappointed.

Works awesome , dropped my phone and this case protected it, I ordered another case because it worked awesome. Because the case broke not my phone.
