This item is classy. It adds organisation and cosiness to my bathroom. I love the feel of the sturdy and strong wood. Its easy to set up and thw boxes are a good size and depth. The bamboo is very strong and i can see this item lasting decades. Amazing quality

It's a good unit but the instructions were missing and as the holes are in different locations on each basket I ended up having to use the photo on the listing to work out how to put it together.

My wife order two of these. Demi sip a provided are correct but space between baskets is very small. Assembly instructions were poor. Should 16 screws provided but 4 are slightly longer and I decided they were for the handle since I cracked the basket wood when using one of the longer screws. Pre drilled pilot holes on basket was drilled incorrectly so I had to pre drill holes on two baskets. Baskets have a placement order not Explained in instructions but you can figure it out with a bit of thought. Certainly would not Recommend product.

Some screws bite, others don’t! - instead they spin in machined holes as the wood crumbles, meaning no bite.Sounds hollow when placing it and has a smooth and shiny, almost plastic looking finish. Pictures reeled me in as they looked good.

It comes with no directions and is cheaply made. I am trying to return it but am unable to find a Hermès who can s an the bar code!!
