Expandable Garden Hose 50 ft Premium Heavy Duty No Kink Lightweight Retractable Water Hose with Multi-Function Nozzle

When its Sunday its means early preparation of Monday job thing. I watched my hubby Use it last weekend to wash the car. Looked good solid connectors, could see absolutely no leaks or tangles. It is self retracted as advertised. Much lighter in weight than a conventional hose. Appears, so far, to be a good value for the price. I hope it will be used by my son who is 3 years old.

Plus, the "brass" fittings are corroded (should not happen with brass!).If there is a warranty, I either want my money back or a replacement (every 6 months I guess?).I dropped this down to 1 star because it works well for a short period of time, but is not built to last...

The nozzle is a piece of junk as it broke from the water pressure. Poorly put together.

I love the fact that it doesn't kink and that when you shut the water off and let all the water out of it, it basically shrinks down to almost nothing. Great hose, originally bought for my husband but he couldn't use it, as you can't use hot water in it and needed it to drain hot water heaters. Oh well, his loss , my gain.

I used this as a garden hose and as a lightweight hose for use with my lightly used commercial pressure washer. I used it every other day for one or the other. I guess I fared better than most as far as longevity is concerned. I really liked the hose other than its' short life. This is the 3rd such hose was I have had in the past. I don't believe even the best of them will ever overcome the short life problem. Just the nature of the beast. Ironic buying a hose with a lifetime warranty than to have the company disappear. Probably a waste of time to write this. Oh well. That's all I have to say about that. ;-)

Read my last review below. I'm now convinced that these hoses are junk. I have 6 of them, all less than 6 months old and all broken, some just the hoses, all the spray nozzles. SAVE YOUR MONEY-FIND ANOTHER HOSE.1st of all, I love these hoses. They are so much easier to use than a regular hose. I like them so much, even though they self destructed after one year of use, I bought two more. The company was very accommodating and replaced those hoses right away. I didn't realize they were warrantied prior to purchasing two new ones. I now have 6 new ones which should last for awhile. I'm going to bring them in the house in the off season to see if that helps them last longer. It seems that they were the only ones warrantied so you're covered.

A really nice hose that, when empty, is really quite small - yet it expands to a full 50 feet. Quite sturdy and we'll built yet it has a great warranty, just in case.
