Came with 30 DPD tablets. Plastic cover over these tablets was already open. No Phenol red tablets and plastic cover where they should be was removed

I received this product with half the tablets missing
Only received half the correct amount of tablets, I have been told a new complete pack of tablets will be sent FOC, but I am still waiting. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the tablets and the mistake must have been made in packing.

Poor shelf life
Bought in August 2020 & stored in cupboard in house for winter months but don’t work this year.
