Great therm! I work in the food industry and am always on my staff about Time Temp Awareness. This definitely helped! Since they can actually see the temp with a pull of the trigger, they are actively taking Temps more often and being more aware of the time the food sits out on the production line. Great stuff!

I have always had a problem with cooking meat, among other things, on the stove. I would overcook or undercook, it was hard to get it right. I avoided using the stove because of it and opted for the oven, the air fryer, and I even bought a sous vide. I saw someone mention this online and immediately set out to buy it. This made me realize the stove was getting much hotter than I was realizing. I'm sure it's not 100% accurate, but it's close enough and helped me to cook things consistently well when using the stove.

The surface temperature gun fits in your hand very comfortably. The display is very easy to read.When I was outside the beam was a little difficult to see exactly where it was pointing to.Looking forward to using this more often going into summer months to see where hear is getting into my house so I can insulate better.
