How do you write an underwear review without getting graphic? I'll try. I've worn Unico briefs for over ten years and was amazed from first wearing at how comfortable they are. When I first discovered this brand they were imported and sold from only two vendors in the U.S. I am completely impressed by the quality, comfort and fit. If you are a briefs man, and enjoy comfortable support, then you might consider Unico. This brand has taken over my underwear drawer. NOTE ON SIZING. You absolutely must go up at least one size. Taking into account the origin of the brand - where men wear snug underwear - these briefs will be tight if you match size letter to U.S. standards. Don't match size - Go up a size guys, believe me.

I've read all the reviews on this site prior to buying....all these reviews were lying!!! .do not buy,, the pouch is so small, my guys feel squashed.. ...overall, the most uncomfortable underware I've ever owned......If you would buy, buy a size larger...I would never buy again!!!!!

Great fit, though the sizes run small, that has great feel and support. I tried this brand, expecting to buy some Calvins or Armani briefs, but I was so impressed, I bought 6 more. Much better price and the same or better quality than other name brands.

Most comfortable underwear I own, I love this brand. I've used the brand for years and never had any issues with fit or quality. Good material as well.

I love this brand of underwear. It fits well and holds everything in place, especially while working out. I do order one size larger than I normally wear in this brand as they tend to run a little small, or tight. They also hold up very well after months or washing and drying.

They shrink in the dryer. I am a bigger guy 38in waist and the large fit the waste but the pouch was too tight. Im not a huge guy down there, and you would think designers would give at least some room in the pouch. After drying they shrunk so much even the waste is uncomfortable, which is probably my own fault. I have a hard time finding briefs which are comfortable so I guess these felt as expected, too tight and not enough room in the pouch. Maybe they fit better on smaller guys.

I know that these run a bit small, so I ordered one size larger. But they are fantastic.

They were a gift for my husband and although they weren't quite the shape I had expected (not the same as previous ones bought) he tells me they fit perfectly!

I usually by Calvin Klein Sculptured briefs, but thought I would try these and I have to say that I am very pleased with the fit and comfort and will by more in the future.
