CITRUCEL Sugar Free Fiber Powder for Occasional Constipation Relief, Methylcellulose Fiber Powder, Orange Flavor - 32 Ounces

Let's just say I have had digestive issues for a while. I won't get into details, but I went to a gastroenterologist 4 times and she had me try 3 different medications. None of them helped. I got so frustrated with her that I went to a different gastroenterologist, who suggested Citrucel. "What?! That's what you're telling me to try?" OK, whatever. I left and ordered some. Low and behold! This stuff worked like a charm!! Well just say I'm "all good!" In addition, this stuff is easy to take. It doesnt taste bad at all. I use the no sugar version, because who needs all that extra sugar in your diet? and it tastes pretty good. I just mix it with water and down in, followed by a full glass of water. You don't need too much, so even though the price seems high, a container of this will last quite a while. I wish they'd make other flavors. Berry would be FAB!

i am really pleased we now have again a methycellulose alternative to cillium powders which are more common and more gas producing as fiber sources ( I like to rotate day to day between them) . My only disappointment is that while the old Citrucel ( I use and used sugarfree) tasted great the new Citucel without sugar tastes like it, and is very blah and medicinal tasting. However, having the alternative of methylcellulose we lost for a couple years is terrific

I have a lot of GI issues and my Dr recommends I drink 2T if this every nite to get more soluble fiber. I think the orange citrus flavor makes it much more palatable than others. It’s easy to mix.

Powder easily dissolves and tastes nice.

Husband uses & swears by it it’s a must have he can’t run out or his gut gives him big troubles
