Really Easy Guitar! - How to Read TAB A Complete Guide to Reading Guitar Tablature! Book/Online Audio

I ordered one of these for my niece, who is just getting started with guitar, and was so impressed withit that I just ordered a second for me. Once I checked it out, I realized, that this was the most concisetab book I had come across. It covers basic guitar holding, tuning, tabs. Right and left hand techniques,with no chord redundancy. Also advanced, and putting it all together sections, and a track CD.This book is probably the first one you want to get for your beginner.

I've been playing guitar for over 50 years, so when young people I work with started talking about guitar music written in TAB, I had no idea what they were talking about. A teen tried to explain it to me but it seemed to be an upside-down way of writing down music. I ordered this book and disc and it really helped me understand this method. If you are an old musician like me or brand new to the guitar and your are interested in learning to read TAB, this book is a must-have.

I was not impressed. I found videos right after I purchased this that explained tabs better.

The book is well written and easy to understand for first timers or refresher for those with rusty skills. Everyone will enjoy.

The CD included: I thought was a DVD but it wasn't. How do you learn without seeing? There are thousands of better, free instructionals available on YouTube. Save your money.

以前　ギター始めた頃に購入したのですが　難しいのでほっておいた本。最近出て来たので　よく見ると・・・著者はアメリカのシークレット　ティーチャー　ニック　ミノンおじさん。You Tubeに　ごまんと出て来ます。各記号の課題曲にはオリジナルのカッコいいリックがびっしり・・バンド編成でカッコイイ！！詳しい事とレコーディングデータがわからないのですがイギリス発行の本です。最初にギター抱えた女性の写真が出てて、小さく名前が書いてありますが　なんと2004年のデビューアルバムが全英アルバム・チャートで6週No.1に輝くケイティ・メルア。エリザベス女王絶賛の人。現在大スター。デビュー前の仕事なんでしょうか？？作曲とアレンジをニック。演奏をケイティとバンドがやってるのかもしれません。中身は簡単なのもありますが全体的に　いきなりの初心者にはちょっと無理。私がそうでした。ただのTAB譜の解説本とは一味違う　素晴しいリック集です。
