Good supplement!
I definitely noticed a difference in how long and strong my nails got when I took this for a few months! My hair grew longer so much faster than normal and I feel like it helped with shedding too!

Seems to work.
My finger nails have been so thin and brittle for years and they break and split until I have to cut/file them down to the finger. I have been taking this supplement now for about 3 months and my nails have improved. My thumb nails were the worst, and I still have to work on them as they split, but I actually have gotten a little length to them, which is better than any other time. I will continue to take this supplement and hope for more improvement.
