Q: Flax seeds go rancid at some point. Is the pad refillable?

No the pad is not refillable although you can move beads in between the center . Less or more on each side . Rancid I have no idea . Ive had it for 3 months. I wet a paper towel for moist heat and air dry it face up..I’ve used many before this one and this is the best one I ever used. .it’s warms hot but you can control the heat it’s small fits over your eyes not like a spa mask .

Q: Is the cover washable?

Mine came with a soft, removable, washable cover that has a velcro tab to secure it to the mask. The actual mask isn't washable. I've had mine for a month & love it!

Q: Can I use moistened cotton pads between my eyes & the mask for moist heat?

Yes, you can use moistened cotton pads between your eyes and the mask.

Q: Do i need to plug the usb wall charger to outlet while wearing the eye mask or do i heat up mask first then unplug and wear mask?

The "charger" is really an adapter for the USB cord to plug in to. It does need to be plugged in when you are using it.
