Received in a timely manner... good book

Absolutely helpful

I had interviewed for about five different jobs recently, and although they weren't the exact right fit in my mind, I still wondered why they didn't want to hire ME. When I lost a job to my biggest competitor - who's not even nice or personable - I figured maybe I didn't know how to interview right and she did. I saw this book on Audibles, listened to a sample, and thought it was interesting enough to download. I only got through Chapter 4 before my big interview, but I listened carefully, took notes and did was Tony said to do. They were bold questions to ask in an interview, but I put my trust in the advice. And I tell you, I could see the look on the face of the person interviewing me. They were so obviously impressed with me. Two weeks later... I landed the very coveted job! It was amazing! I start next week and I tell everyone that changing my interview style and saying what this book told me to say helped tremendously. Now I'm not saying that I wasn't at the right place at the right time with the years of necessary experience, but I feel strongly that presenting myself the right way made a huge difference in getting the offer. I hope it does the same for you. But the only way it can work is if you don't resist the advice. You must trust it, even if you adapt it into your own words, you have to say what he tells you to say. That's what will set you apart from the competition. I feel so fortunate that I stumbled upon this book in the nick of time!

This book is extraordinary. Very well though out, every chapter is broken out perfectly and tells you exactly what to say and how to say it as to show your potential employer that you mean business and that you are indeed a "cut above the rest" the other candidates. A must have for all job searchers.

Basic and not helpful

In all honestly, I gave up on this book pretty quick. I imagined I listened to about 90 minutes of it and just found it tiresome, over bearing and out of date.
