Will it work with daytime running lights?

It is universal. Lights are lights. The lights you connect them to are fed directly from your battery with a built in relay acting as the switch. The relay is triggered by whatever circuit you tap into or if you add a powered switch. If you want to have it triggered by the running lights, tap into on of their wires and voila. The output side from the battery has like a 20 amp fuse also. Very low draw to trigger the relay. This setup is ideal for running non-factory installed fog lights. You Wire size is good owing to the 20 amp fuse. A bargain.
