This is the best dry texture spray I have found and when they ran out or stopped for awhile I tried them all! I was so sad and thought they had discontinued!! I even paid $40 on eBay for a small can!! If you need volume this is your girl. Don’t need mouse or hairspray doe all day hold. Very easy to work with. I buy 2 now in case the dry season comes again. It is not a bargain but you get what you pay for.

This hairspray is PERFECT for hair types who need that lift especially persons who've got their hair layered. And the hair spray is lighter and not too sticky either so that is really nice.

This smells amazing. My salon I went to charges $10 more so I just get what's used on me & buy here saving me money ❤️

I love this stuff. After blowing out my hair, I lean over, flip my hair and spray this on generously. When I stand up, I have great thick lovely hair.Magic!

I have been looking for an acceptable product to replace Redkin Thickening Lotion to no avail. I have both thin AND fine hair. Most products add weight, moisture, or oil to my hair. I have tried all kinds of things or combos of things and have not been happy. While this spray doesn’t thicken, it allows me to create that illusion at the roots. I spray it on dry roots and style. Sometimes I will back-comb, but not always. It doesn’t take much for me so this can has lasted me 2 months already and doesn’t make my hair/scalp feel dirty or weighed down. It doesn’t flake. And it’s not like spraying wet hairspray that leaves hair “crispy” and weighed down. I like it.

I liked the product quite a bit. The smell is okay... it smells like -- well, I forgot -- Gardenias? Anyway, it smells nice enough. The product holds nicely but if you overspray it or get too close to your hair when you spray it, it leaves white residue. That's just a caution... keep it far enough away from your head and don't spray too much at a time and it works pretty good. The MAJOR problem and the reason for the 3 stars? I have half a can left (or more) and the sprayer just quit working. It's not plugged up or broken. It just STOPPED spraying. It was very easy to depress the new, funky button (emphasis on WAS) but now it does absolutely nothing. So the spray can is unreliable or defective and that makes this can of hairspray pretty costly. I will NOT buy another can of it to see if the next one works better. The same thing has happened to other reviewers and I won't risk it. I certainly can't blame the Amazon seller because it's Redken's or its manufacturer's issue. So I'm just out the money AND the hairspray.
