Great third party seller and great product
Messed up my order, the company had no issue issuing a refund so I could get what I wanted. The product is fantastic, the only thing i was disappointed about was no reverse gears. Oh, and if you are hooking this up to a HELIX unit, make sure you get the adapter wires for the ethernet and mdi/msi because it wont work without them.

Bad seals
The seals were bad on this new Terrova. Local repair shop said he has pinpointed the problem at Minnkota assembly line, some lazy kid is installing a sleeve from the wrong side and ruining the new seals. Minnkota will not correct the problem due to having trouble hiring a replacement.
