BaileighTube and Pipe Notcher (TN-250)

Best holesaw notcher period. My notchmaster and beast live under the bench now that I have this one. The design of it you can make any notch you could possibly need. The quality is there also. The price kinda sucks but the old saying is true. Buy once cry once, you won't ever need another notcher

its solid, ill give you that but wait until you have to do a 70degree notch! 1st use i was forced to have to trim cut the tube to let the cutter go full depth and in doing so knicked the $90. aluminum angle plate!.....nah...thats but no thanks ill stick with my godzilla notcher from protools

This tool works relatively well. I had purchased one for 300.00, it fell apart after 50 cuts. I gave this tool, 4 stars because the part where the drill attaches started to wear down immediately. Other than that it seems to work pretty good. I am writing again after 5 months and I am using it again. I don't understand why they would spoil their tool with one bad part. The part where the drill attaches to the machine is so soft that a pair of pliers will cut into it. It should have been made of drill steel or something harder than basic carbon steel.

This is a very versatile tool. It works great, and I'm happy with the functionality and the work it performs. However, this is a very overpriced tool when considering some of the other options from the competitor companies. I wouldn't go this route if I were to ever find myself in the market for a notcher again. I'd be money ahead with a JD2 notcher and an offset attachment from swag offroad. AND have money left over for other fab tools + beer.

Just because the degree wheel goes all the way around doesn't mean you can notch all those angles. On stuff over 60 degrees on larger tubes like 2" you end up running into the vice and have to finish it off with a grinder..Super nice quality and very rigid setup. I noticed my hole saws last 2-3 times longer with this. Just because of that it ends up paying for itself if you use it semi frequently!

Product sturdy but had to fabricate missing part

The media could not be loaded. This is the perfect notcher. Worth every penny. Was hesitant to buy due to the price.Would buy it again and nothing else!!
