These are great supplements. I have cold sores most often when I am extremely stressed! They seemed to take the swelling down quickly. I gave them five stars because they have all the items in them I take alone, now they are included in one supplement. They are most effective.

I’ve gotten cold sores all my life, more often when I was younger and now more annually in the summer since I’ve grown up. I’ve used Abreva and essential oil rollers to help with the healing process but it still always took a week and a half or two. I got one five days ago, from stress, and taking these supplements combined with a lysine ointment has cut that healing time in half and I’m already at the annoying scabby stage. I didn’t know what to expect but this is far more helpful than I could have ever imagined. These are a GODSEND!

This stuff is a life saver. I haven't had a cold sore in three years since I started taking it. I was a huge skeptic, because I've had them my whole life. It's pretty amazing not to have to deal with them anymore.

I frequently get cold sores throughout the year and especially when I’ll be in the sun for the first beach day. Took the entire month leading up to and on vacation and did not get a cold sore. While on the first bottle I did get one, but it was smaller than usual and when combined with a topical cream, it was healed within a few days.

I had a cold sore coming out and as soon as I saw it I took the cold sore pill. The cold sore went away super fast and did not outbreak.

It works and have good ingredients but it’s not worth the quantity for the price as a daily supplement. if you only plan to take this supplement to stop a outbreak right before one occurs, or while one is occurring then it may be worth it.

This product is great! I found it more effective than other cold sore meds offered by a doctor. I take this when I start to feel a cold sore coming on and I feel like it keeps the cold sore from getting bigger and helps to decrease the look of it along with drying it out faster. My mom takes this as well and she loves it. This is one product that always stays stocked at home. Thank you for making such a great product!

Made me sick. Tried with food, in the morning, and night. I couldn’t take them. Was disappointed that I can’t take them. They just weren’t for me.
