The old batteries were failing in my AT&T phones. I ordered these and they are just what I needed. My phones now work better then new. Instead of having just a few minutes to talk, the new batteries last for at least an hour and a half. Great product. Highly recommended.

Perfect! Worked as soon as I put it in my phones. I have a 2 handset so I have an extra battery when 1 knocks out ( you tend to use 1 more often , as opposed to bedroom or basement ones). These are stronger than the ones that came with my high end phones! The price was excellent for 3 too. I notice they last much longer during conversations as well as being off the charger . I'm so happy with these I may buy another set to have in case the price goes up or they aren't around when I need them again!Highly recommend these. The batteries work fine in our old AT&T cordless phones. The wires are a bit short so it was tricky getting them to fit properly in the hole and getting the cover back on.

These batteries are inexpensive, easy to install and last a good while. I have an AT&T 3-phone system and the phones are not used equally as one in kitchen, one in bedroom and one in the family room. So it is a good idea to get this 3-pack and always have extra ones on hand. These are quality batteries and I highly recommend them.

Headline says it all. Original battery pack #BT162342/262342.Can't really rate it 'cause it won't work (EDIT: SEE UPDATE BELOW). Had I looked more closely at the graphic it would have been apparent that the pin connectors are incompatible with my phones. My mistake. Learned that identical battery pack #'s (all #BT162342/262342) can have different pin connectors.There seems to be no battery pack available in this size & pin connector that has the higher mAh capacity as these EBL batteries.(UPDATE): Intended to return, but discovered that return shipping would be $5.95, resulting in a refund of only $2.00. So, I spliced / soldered / heat-shrunk the pin connectors from the old battery packs onto the new ones; easy 1 hr. task.It's likely to take years to see how these EBL batteries perform.(UPDATE 2:) EBL has offered a full to refund or to replace this purchase at no cost. I do appreciate that, but must respectfully decline, as it was clearly my mistake that I purchased the wrong connector configuration. It would not be fair to EBL. After I spliced the old pin connectors to the EBL batteries they are working fine. I'm updating my review to 5 stars (from 3) to reflect the desire on EBL's part to offer superior customer service

Easy to install. New life for my old phone. Works great. Don’t know how long they’ll last but I had the last ones for about 9-10 years.

Batteries were perfect replacement for our phone system. We were in need of replacement batteries for our older phones, & these were reasonably priced, quick to arrive, & have held their charge so far. No complaints.
