Mist Kit with Mist, Towels, and Tongs

If your an esthetician like I am you wont like this product. The towels get scalding hot and its made out of cheap plastic. The bamboo tongs they sent broke the first time i used them to get a towel out. This product is way over priced for what it is.

I've been a massage therapist for 7 years now and own an Elite Double Hot Towel Cabinet that I use regularly in my office space. I bought this hot towel warmer for travel, I thought it would be perfect, but it is far from it Here is the deal: You have to fill the warmer up with water upon every use. The towels get way too hot for touch and you must shake out with tongs for a long time before you can even think about putting it on the client's body. I have finally found a balance of shaking the towel out and then putting it on the body before it gets too cold but still burn myself sometimes in the process.It also cuts off during the massage... if you put the timer on for 30 minutes the unit usually will keep on the warm setting for a little over an hour; If you put the timer on for an hour it will shut off after that and not keep it warm because the water in the unit runs out.For a massage longer than an hour this is not the warmer for you because it is not acceptable to have to stop your massage because you have to refill your warmer with water and reset the unit to your previous settings. Plus, if you were using this for multiple uses you would have to refill it every time you have a client and possibly in the middle of the massage!It is also a process to clean at the end of each service. I will probably end up buying a smaller Elite hot towel cabinet that I will just leave at my weekly client's house. They love the hot towels and I want to keep this a part of my service. If you want the portability of it ,are willing to burn yourself and give more time for clean up go for it. If not, this is not worth it.
