Ordered the size according to instruction on measuring. However, the width seems too bigger, so the paddle would be loosing in water. However again, the swimming instructor said: it’s been designed in the way so if your hand posture not right, the paddle will lose. So it is to correct your hand posture. Having used, definitely see the improvement in hand posture. Great quality.

Best swim paddles all around. Figuring out the correct size is, however, tricky. For example, manufacturers recommended size for the 7-8 inch palm circumference is small, which is what I went for. My palm fits inside the paddle perfectly, but my fingers stick over the paddle's edge. This is not how the paddles look in any of the FINIS promotional videos, leading to confusion. The verdict? Go with the smallest size your palm can fit in, even if the paddle is too short vertically. Your shoulders will thank you for that.

I use these three times a week. They have improved both my stroke and my speed. I have recommended these to swim mates who have bought them after borrowing mine during sessions. We all have average female adult size hands and all bought small.

Good and strong. Does the job

Im really enjoying getting used to these. Takes abit of getting used to, but they definitely help with my form. I've definitely felt it more after the swim. My back and shoulders especially feel like they are getting a more focused workout.
