Quiet and easy to operate!I had an old manual wine opener that destroyed the cork and got it in the wine. I thought I was just doing it wrong, but as it turns out it was just a bad tool. I splurged and got this and it has been a God send! It looks super sleek on my counter and it opens bottles within seconds. And the corks aren't all torn up and I'm now collecting them for decoration. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a new wine opener!

Strong and sturdy and works really well. It is really hard for women to try to uncork the wine bottles. This is very easy to use. It is must have.

This corkscrew is excellent! It is sleek and understated. I like the fact that it charges using USB. It has worked reliably for several months. I have only found one cork that was too tightly fit into the bottle that the corkscrew could not remove. The device appears to have a clutch, which slipped when it could not pull the cork. I stopped immediately, reversed the corkscrew out and then used a large manual corkscrew. The cork was difficult to remove even with the manual corkscrew, so I don't think that this corkscrew is at fault. I also notice that the unit will not allow you to run the motor after the corkscrew has reached the top of the screw travel. The unit will stop turning when the cork is at the top of the screw, preventing you from breaking the unit. Battery life is excellent. I've pulled 20 corks and it is still going strong. Shows 1/2 battery on the indicator. One word of advice: just be sure the body of the corkscrew is centered on the bottle and inline vertically (aligned) with the bottle before starting the motor. I was sloppy and had it canted at an angle to the bottle which caused the corkscrew to drive though the cork at an angle which is obviously hard on the device. I stopped and reversed, then aligned and pulled. Worked like a champ! I highly recommend this corkscrew!

I like the way the wine opener operates and lights up to indicate when removing the cork to rejecting the cork. it looks classy in black and looks great laid out when entertaining.

Not worth it. Wrote asking for a warranty replacement and no feedback. Sadly our unit stopped working and the battery life is crap.

We have a certain wine that we love but the corks are really hard to get out. This, so far, does it it with ease.

Ordered this wine opener due to I can never uncork a bottle of wine. This is the best product and was a breeze to use. Was able to uncork wine quickly, with no effort. Love this!! Definitely would make a great gift. Thank you!!
