Great cookbook
My granddaughter, age 15, asked for this as a Christmas gift. She is learning to cook healthier after her mother just went through 9 months of cancer with chemo and radiation treatments. She LOVES this cookbook and is using it quite often. She told me it was easy to use and she loves the recipes in it.

Useful
Meets my needs for a cookbook: recipes that use a good blend of fresh and pantry ingredients; healthy in terms of variety and quality of ingredients used, not calorie-counting; quick and easy to get on the table on a weeknight; tips on food preservation and preparation; food that tastes good and the type of food that I want my toddler to get used to seeing and tasting. Recipes list ingredients and steps in at-a-glance form; photos that show what the finished product will look like. Definitely a cookbook that will be in heavy rotation.

Healthy, but not “kid” recipes.
Meh. The recipes look good and are pretty healthy. It’s also totally unlikely that my kids will eat any of it. There’s no way my kids are eating falafel burgers. Unless your kids are willing to eat anything- this is not the book for you.

Good and healthy recipies for the whole family
Together with this book I bought 3 more, this is by far the best one! I already try several recipes and they all taste great and more important are healthy. All the recipes have a picture, that for me is a must.

Essential
This book has fantastic recipes and excellent tips for organizing, meal planning, and repurposing leftovers. Everything I've made so far from this book has been delicious and nutritious!

It is a beautiful book but for imaginary kids
I can say I didn't find a 3 simple recipes which my kids would eat. It is a beautiful book but for imaginary kids. I wish my kids eat all of that, in this case I would just give them my food and my life would be 10 times easier.

Fantastic for busy homes
The recipes are simple and adaptable. I liked that she gave nutritional information and gave so many ways of getting veggies and fiber in diets.

Print in book is too light. Not an enjoyable read…worthless!
The book may be great but I will not struggle to try to read it. It is not enjoyable to read .Most of the text is printed in light gray with titles and headings being printed in darker type ink. You would never publish a novel in this color ink…because it is difficult to read…so why do this with a cookbook??? Sorry, if I have to struggle to read the cookbook, there is nothing to enjoy!
