Fast delivery of a direct replacement for our gas fireplace insert. Fits perfectly and included an extra battery door, which is the most common thing to break. Came with all wiring, box, batteries, everything needed to reconnect quickly. Very happy with this purchase.

This was a pretty easy install once you the dip switches are set correctly. The instructions for the install are a simple strip of paper (yes, like 1/8 of a sheet of plain paper), so if you have any difficulty, you are on your own. Though the product was inexpensive, a little time could/should have been spent on the instructions, warranty return, troubleshooting, etc.Like I said, you should hope that it works, because if it doesn't you are pretty much on your own. Fortunately, mine worked.

3 different people, at 3 different places, did a wonderful job in helping me get to the right source to get my gas log fireplace running again—needed an “on and off switch” to communicate with the remote. Great job, thanks to all.

Bought a house with a fireplace and this unit was corroded and not working. The new unit plugged right in and the gas fireplace turns on and off with a push of a button.

Works perfect. Called tech to help with installation because it would not work right away. Wound up having to replace wire connecting receiver to lighter. Tech (Matt) was great. Only concern I have is that light blinks 8 times when remote turns burner on, when remote tells burner to go off, and when I turn remote off. Ambient manual says blinking lights on receiver indicate low batteries in receiver. I have new batteries. Tech wasn’t sure what was going on either, but others than that it works as advertised.
