I would like if it's defective unit for replacement or need to software update. Thanksthere no answer for vendor , if you dont care capacitors will be ok so far but dont relay , just for reference on novice techs.

I use portable oscopes for teaching electrofishing courses and for research. Though I own various brands of oscopes, it is good to see what is on the market for teaching field classes. An associate recommended the Eone ET310A, and then the B model became available. I purchased two and compared one versus four other portable oscope makes and models. Some of those only go to 100 V, and I needed to test higher voltages. The ET310B is very easy to use. In fact, you can just turn it on, connect for a signal and press the Auto Range button. It does a fine job of acquiring the signal and displaying voltage (Vp-p, Vavg or Vrms) and frequency automatically. The ET310B had good accuracy for voltage and frequency, and I liked the cursors. It is rated for 1000 V, though that may be only for the meter part. I was able to test it up to about 400 V, and it worked fine. I look forward to further testing in the field. The display is fine indoors though it is little harder to see in bright sunlight. I think that I would prefer black lines on a light background, but it may be quite legible outside. It is easier to read outside than my Fluke 124B, a professional grade scope.

I use meters a lot as a professional mechanic. I wanted the bluetooth to remotely monitor the meter. This one is much better than expected. For the price there is nothing to complain about.

This looks like a very good quality (especially considering the price) DSO. It's pretty intuitive and has a good manual taking into consideration the Chinese to English translation, however It Doesn't explain all of the features. I bought this model specifically because it has PC & Bluetooth features, however there are no Specific instructions for the setup and installation of either. The Bluetooth function is not even listed in the manual at all. I even went to the website which was printed on the box thankfully and couldn't find anything. It did com with a small disc but No further instructions and I'm leary of installing unknown software especially if I don't know what the compatibility issues may be. I will update the evaluation based on the Support that is provided

I put this unit to work right out of the box. It works very well for all my audio needs
