Professional Grade water pressure regulator
I installed this on my 15 Unit Apt complex 34 bedrooms. The water main had been replaced before my ownership and one was not installed. This unit saved me hundreds of dollars under what a “discount” plumbing warehouse quoted me. I’m very happy I thought to search Amazon.

I got a "Like New" valve instead of "New"
I paid full price for a brand new valve and the package was torn and the sealed bag missing. The valve had stains in it meaning it was used.

Restored proper pressure and no water banging, Used indoor garage location
Good replacement for my all Brass Zurn Wilkins, I do not know the reason for plastic over brass but since this is in the garage, I did not worry as the regulator is not in sunlight. Price was much lower for the plastic housing and fit correctly to the previous unions and new rubber gaskets included
